About Toni Wright, GRI, Broker Associate
Growing up and living in Ormond Beach since 1979, I am proud to call "The Greater Daytona Beach Area" my home. I lived in my prior home in Ormond Beach for 24 years where I served on the HOA Board, recently moving to a different home, also in Ormond Beach. It gave me a great reminder for the whole buying/selling process.
Formerly a local court reporter, I am honest, thorough, and understand the necessity of safety and security for your home, belongings, and, if you have them, pets. Focusing primarily on residential real estate, I give 110% to all of my customers.
When listing your home, I will treat your home as if it were mine, by paying attention to the major items right down to the most intricate details. When searching for a buyer, I find this to be a fun and interesting challenge: helping you find the right home that fits your wants and needs. Either way, I will explain and walk you through each step of the selling and/or buying process and go the extra mile for you, the customer, and the transaction.
Earning my Broker Associate license and my Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) certification, I believe it’s important to further your education and keep up on the latest rules and trends.
It is also extremely important to give back to the community in which you live. I am a supporter of the Adams Cameron Foundation; I participate in many local charity events and fundraisers; and I volunteer on our local Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors MLS Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and the Realtor/Attorney Committee.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and fur babies. Whether it is a barbecue, having a game night, or just sitting around hanging out, the rewarding thing is being with people that are important to me.
