Toni was there for us every step of the way. SHe was so patient and helped us find th exact house we wered dreaming of. Toni explained every step and educated us on every aspect of home buying. We also felt like she was looking out for our interests! She made a difficult process so easy.

Toni and Jeff were able to help my daughter navigate through a difficult situation where numerous home repairs were facilitated from many thousand miles away. She was onsite working with lawn care, carpet replacement, window repairmen, locksmith, and even helped with emptying out the house. She even adopted a senior pet who needed a home after its owner passed. She connected us with trustworthy charity organizations and helped drop off the home contents for donation. She was hands on and we highly recommend.

Toni was incredible. She was always available. Even if she was busy, she always got back to me. She is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. Toni Wright was a pleasure to work with while I searched for a vacation home in Palm Coast. New Jersey resident full time, I started my search for a home away from home on realtor.com, looking at possible listings. Toni being the diligent realtor she is, caught me looking and reach out. Two days later, plane tickets were purchased and found ten listing I wanted to look at. Upon my arrival to Florida, all ten listing were pending. Such a crazy market you have down there!! Toni found a few more listings to my liking and scheduled two days of tours. She knew what one I would love and also knew the best and final offer was to be submitted by 5pm my second day of looking. She informs me that day, her partner in real estate & life; Jeff was back at the office ready to write up our offer. We submitted our offer; it was accepted, and I am a happy Palm Coast homeowner. Toni went above and beyond her duty of realtor. I drove 14 hours and when I pulled into my driveway at 11:30pm, there was Toni and Jeff making sure I was able to enter my newly purchased home. I was exhausted and thrilled not to be walking into my house so late at night for the first time. Once again, our amazing Realtors, Jeff and Toni Wright from Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors got the job done. Our recent home purchase in August was our fifth transaction using their services. We were out of state when we needed to replace the A/C unit and water heater on the home we were selling so that our buyers could get an insurance policy. Jeff and Toni took turns opening the house for the trades, spending hours of their time overseeing the installs and then secured the property afterwards... all while we were away. That was hugely helpful and a big part of what differentiates them from other Realtors! Jeff was there for every part of our buying process on a new build in Daytona Beach. They themselves are almost like home inspectors with their body of knowledge and combined experience. Finally, they found me a beautiful home in Port Orange. And with their guidance and great negotiation skills, we got the house under contract. Toni provided an excel sheet timeline for every deadline and step I needed to take to make sure we got financed and had a successful closing. She also would call, text or email you if you didn't respond right away to something important. She was on it. And Jeff was a great help with reviewing all our inspection details or needed repairs. They both know a great team of electricians, plumbers, roofers or whoever you need to ensure you're buying a sound property with no surprises. They'll get you quotes or whatever you need, FAST! They seem to know the best people to contact for any given situation. They're also great negotiators. They know which deal points to press on to get the best terms and save you money and time. Finally, their followup and generosity is amazing. They made a few repairs to my house before the deal closed and left me a nice set of welcome basket gifts. Truly sweet people, but also intelligent and sharp. Whatever the issue is, they seem to be addressing it before you even realize.
